To support our work with teams, we have an exclusive license to use Teamwork at the Top, a team performance assessment based on the areas of activity that research has shown clearly to be crucial for improved team performance. Using this review, team members can identify in a systematic way the areas of team work that are working well, and those that need attention. We then guide the team through the discussions and development they need to improve their performance.
